These are terms that were developed by SIIM (Society of Imaging Informatics in Medicine) to track workflow. Most of these are used for timestamps, and the definition may indicate that it means a time that a given even happened; however, for Radlex, unless "Time" is part of the term itself, the term refers to the event, not the time of the event, and the time reference in the definition has been put into parentheses.
